Silio - Account Deletion Policy

Silio respects your privacy and gives you control over your account and personal data. This policy explains how to request deletion and what happens afterward.

How to Request Deletion

Email privacy@silio.in with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Please include the phone number or email address linked to your account, and (if applicable) your studio or boutique name for verification.

Verification

We may request additional information to verify ownership and prevent unauthorized deletion. If verification fails, the request will not be processed.

Timeline

Once verified, we will process deletion within 7 working days. You will lose access to your account after processing.

What Will Be Deleted

What May Be Retained

Effect of Deletion

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any pending refunds, disputes, or legal obligations may delay deletion until resolved.

4. Subscription Plans

• Core – ₹499/month
• Growth – ₹750/month

5. Payments

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

6. Plan Changes

• Upgrades: immediate activation with prorated billing
• Downgrades: effective next billing cycle

7. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless disabled. Charges apply at each billing cycle.

8. Grace Period

After expiry, a limited grace period may apply and access may be restricted post grace.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of your content and grant SiliO a license to display content on the platform.

You must NOT upload illegal content or copyrighted content without permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful/malicious content.

11. Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

SiliO is not liable for business losses, data loss, or third-party failures.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime. We may terminate access if terms are violated.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (SiliO)

Referral Policy (SiliO)

• Referral rewards apply only when a valid referral code is used during signup.
• The referred account must complete onboarding and meet activation criteria.
• Paid business plans (Core, Growth, and Enterprise) may participate in the referral programme as shown in the app.

2. Activation Criteria

• Minimum completed bookings as configured by the platform.
• Successful first payment on the web app (if required by plan).

3. Rewards & Usage

• Referral rewards are credits and have no cash value.
• Credits can be used only for subscription billing as per platform rules.
• Rewards may be capped by percentage or amount per billing cycle.

4. Abuse & Fraud

Any attempt to abuse the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation) may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

You grant SiliO permission to display your business name, media, and service information on the platform for marketing and discovery purposes.
