Built for salons, grooming studios, independent artists, and boutiques evaluating SiliO for their business.
End-to-end, hassle-free. Replace scattered notes, DMs, and spreadsheets with one workflow: see performance, serve clients, coordinate staff, manage stock, and stay visible — without hiring someone just to chase follow-ups and reminders.
Bookings, revenue, and performance snapshots so you always know how your studio or boutique is trending — before you commit to hiring or expanding hours.
One place for profiles, visit history, preferences, and notes — so every appointment feels personal, not like starting from zero.
Roles, permissions, and schedules aligned with how salons and studios actually run — who can see bookings, revenue, and sensitive client data stays under your control.
Especially for boutiques and studios that retail products: link what you sell to what you have — fewer awkward “out of stock” moments at checkout.

Guides for clients who book services — and for salon, MUA, and boutique owners
Last updated: 5 Jul 2026
Pick the tab that matches how you use SiliO: Clients & bookings if you book salon/MUA appointments or boutique orders; Beauty & grooming or Boutiques if you run a registered studio.
As a client: download the SiliO app or visit silio.in to discover and book. As an owner: use the Partner hub in the app or sign in at app.silio.in with your registered phone or email.
Owner plan note: Client Management, Staff Management, and Business Tracker appear on your dashboard only when your SiliO plan and role allow them. Upgrade or ask your owner if a tile is missing.
You use SiliO to discover salons, MUAs, and boutiques — not to run a business. This tab is for you.
Tip: Use the same phone number for every booking so your history stays in one account.
Also run a studio? If you registered a salon or boutique, use the Beauty & grooming or Boutiques tabs for owner tools — client bookings still appear under Orders & bookings.
Manage your personal account — separate from any salon or boutique that serves you.
OTP not arriving? Check signal, retry after a minute, and confirm the number is correct. Email support@silio.in with your registered contact if it persists.
Find a studio, pick a service, choose a time, and confirm — the studio fulfils the visit.
Tip: Browse the studio’s design catalogue first if you want a specific bridal or party look before booking.
Change plans before the slot — cancellation rules depend on the studio and whether you already paid.
Studio not responding? Email support@silio.in with your booking ID and registered phone — we can help in good faith but the studio sets fulfilment.
Browse designs, submit measurements, and track stitching or delivery with the boutique you chose.
Tip: Double-check measurement units and delivery address before submit — alterations after cut-off may cost extra.
Custom work has timelines — cancel or change early when possible.
Pay in the app where enabled, or at the studio/boutique as they allow.
Charged twice or wrong amount? Email support@silio.in within 7 days with payment ID and order/booking ID — see our Refund Policy (Section 4).
One place for every salon booking and boutique order tied to your account.
Share honest feedback after a completed visit — it helps others choose and helps studios improve.
Tip: Contact the studio first for fixable issues; use reviews for patterns others should know about.
SiliO connects you to independent businesses — refund rules for services come from them, within Indian consumer law.
You control your personal account; studios may keep records of completed visits as required by law.
Explore portfolios and prices before you commit — some actions require sign-in.
Every owner and staff member uses the phone or email registered during studio onboarding.
Tip: Super-admin and unregistered numbers cannot sign in here — use the account that owns the studio registration.
If OTP fails: Confirm eligibility (registration exists), check network, and retry. Contact support@silio.in with your registered number.
What clients see when they discover your salon or MUA studio in the SiliO app.
Tip: Refresh portfolio and services after any rebrand or price change so listings stay trustworthy.
Define what you sell, show your work, and bundle services for bridal or event packages.
If clients cannot book a service: Check it is active, has a price, and fits your published slot template.
Curated looks clients browse before they book — separate from your service price list.
Online booking only works when slots match how your studio actually runs.
Clients book from the consumer app; you confirm, reschedule, or collect payment in yours.
Tip: Turn on reminders so clients get nudges before the slot — fewer no-shows.
Capture phone calls and walk-ins without waiting for the client to use the app.
Double booking? Check staff assignment and overlapping slots; reassign or reschedule from the booking detail.
Your CRM inside SiliO — search, history, notes, and follow-ups for every repeat client.
Tip: If you run multiple studios, confirm the correct studio is selected — client lists are scoped per registration.
Tile missing? Your plan may not include Client Management, or your staff role may not have permission — check with the studio owner.
Moving from registers, Excel, or another app — request an assisted migration instead of retyping everything.
Add team members, set roles, run salary and leave, and control who sees bookings and revenue.
Staff cannot see a module? Their role permissions may block it — adjust in Permissions or ask the owner.
Track income, expenses, salary, and profit — with reports you can share, not just gut feel.
Tip: Log salary payouts in the tracker so profit reflects what you actually paid the team.
Numbers look wrong? Confirm you are on the correct studio and date range; offline booking payments should be marked when taken at desk.
Bring clients back after a visit and cut no-shows before the appointment.
Ratings from completed bookings feed your public listing — protect them with good closure every visit.
For training studios — run courses, batches, and enrolments alongside salon operations.
Batch disabled message: An admin may have turned it off — create a new batch or contact support if unexpected.
Client payments in-app plus your SiliO subscription on the partner hub.
Register as a boutique studio, then manage orders from app or web partner hub.
Cannot sign in? Ensure the number matches registration; contact support@silio.in with boutique name and registered contact.
How clients find you and what they see before placing an order.
Show designs clients can browse before they order or visit for measurements.
Sketch necklines, sleeves, or embroidery placement and attach to an order or client discussion.
Capture client measurements once and reuse across orders — fewer repeat visits for sizing.
Tip: Standardise field names across staff so every order sheet reads the same way.
Tell the app what you offer — stitching only, ready-made, home measurement visits.
From confirmed order to cutting, trial, and finish — keep masters and front desk aligned.
Master cannot see price? By design for some roles — they should still see measurements and design references.
Clients pick designs, share measurements, and choose delivery — you fulfil in one thread.
Walk-ins and phone orders without the client placing the request themselves.
Hit promised dates and notify clients before pickup or dispatch.
Same Client Management module as salons — scoped to your boutique registration.
Tile missing? Check plan entitlement and staff permissions with the boutique owner.
Front desk, managers, masters, and accountants — each with the access they need.
Income, fabric purchases, salary, and profit — same tracker salons use, scoped to your boutique.
Tip: Close orders on delivery so revenue in tracker matches work actually handed over.
Collect advances at the counter and settle balances — plus your SiliO subscription on the web hub.
Cancellation: Capture reason when cancelling — helps refunds and internal review.

This policy is published at app.silio.in/privacy-policy and applies to the SiliO Platform described below (including the mobile app and related websites).
SiliO Labs Pvt Ltd (“SiliO”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the SiliO platform for beauty, grooming, and boutique businesses and their clients in India. We are committed to protecting personal data and handling it in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable rules thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), as notified and in force.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and safeguard personal data when you use:
Together, these are referred to as the “Platform” or “Services”.
SiliO is used by different people in different roles. This policy applies to all of them:

Business owners: if you uploaded client or customer personal data (contacts, measurements, notes), deletion of your account does not automatically erase every copy if retention is required for completed transactions, tax, or disputes. Where possible, client data solely associated with your closed account will be deleted or anonymised. You remain responsible for having had lawful grounds to collect client data while your account was active.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, SiliO is not the provider of salon, makeup, tailoring, or boutique services listed on the Platform — independent businesses and professionals are.
Platform features may include, depending on your role and plan:
We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Features may be limited by subscription plan, role, or feature flags shown in the app.
These Terms apply to everyone who uses SiliO. Your obligations depend on your role:
Business-only policies — Referral Policy and Service Provider Consent — do not apply to consumers who only book services as clients.
If you register a salon, MUA studio, or boutique on SiliO, you additionally agree that:
SiliO may review registrations, hide dormant studios, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Who this applies to: end users who book salon/MUA appointments or place boutique orders as clients.

You must not upload content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful.
You must not:
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SiliO disclaims warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular business outcome (including bookings, revenue, or rankings).
SiliO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the Platform or third-party services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to SiliO in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Published at app.silio.in/refund-policy. This policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
This policy explains cancellations and refunds on the SiliO Platform for both business owners and end-user consumers:
It applies to the SiliO mobile app, app.silio.in, silio.in, and related services. It does not govern third-party products or services outside SiliO (for example a payment made directly to a business offline without using the Platform).
Who this applies to: registered salon, studio, and boutique owners on paid SiliO plans.
Cancelling auto-renewal does not automatically delete your account. To remove personal data, follow our Account Deletion Policy.
General rule: subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or approved by SiliO in the cases below.
We may approve a refund (full or partial) when:
Generally not refundable:
Approved subscription refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay where possible, usually within 7–14 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Who this applies to: end users and consumers who pay for appointments or boutique orders through SiliO.
When a consumer pays for a booking or boutique order through SiliO, the underlying service is provided by the listed business. Cancellation and refund rules for that service are primarily set by the business, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
For Platform help with a client payment dispute, email support@silio.in with the booking/order ID, payment ID, date, and registered contact.
Email support@silio.in within 7 days of the charge (or promptly after you discover an error) with:
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 working days and resolve them within a reasonable time. We may ask for additional verification to prevent fraud.
The SiliO app may be downloaded from Apple App Store or Google Play. Business plan subscriptions are billed through app.silio.in (Razorpay), not through in-app purchases, unless we explicitly state otherwise in the app. Refund requests for SiliO subscriptions should be sent to support@silio.in — not through the app store refund flow, unless the charge was genuinely made via the store.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where they apply to your transaction. If you believe your statutory rights apply, say so in your request and we will review accordingly.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on app.silio.in.

Business users only: this policy applies to registered salon, MUA studio, and boutique owners — not to end users who only book services as clients. Consumers are covered by our Privacy Policy, Terms, and Refund Policy (Section 4).
The SiliO referral programme lets eligible business users share a referral code so new businesses can join the Platform. When referred businesses meet activation rules, the referrer may earn subscription credits applied to future SiliO plan billing — not cash payouts.
A referral becomes eligible for rewards when the referred business, in SiliO’s assessment:

Published at app.silio.in/service-provider-consent. By registering a salon, MUA studio, or boutique on SiliO, you agree to this consent together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
This Service Provider Consent (“Consent”) applies to individuals and businesses that register as a service provider on SiliO — including salons, makeup artists, grooming studios, and boutiques — through the mobile app or app.silio.in.
It does not apply to end users who only browse, book, or order as clients. If you are a consumer, your relationship with SiliO is governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions (especially Section 7 — Consumers & bookings).
You consent to:
SiliO is a technology platform. You — not SiliO — provide the underlying beauty, grooming, or boutique services to clients.
You confirm and agree that:
When you use client management, bookings, measurements, or notes, you acknowledge that:
You consent to receive service-related communications from SiliO by SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notification, or in-app message, including: registration verification, booking and order alerts, billing and subscription notices, security alerts, product updates, and support correspondence. You may opt out of non-essential marketing where an unsubscribe path is provided; transactional messages may still be sent.
You agree to:
You grant SiliO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, display, reproduce, and distribute your business name, logos, photos, portfolio, catalogue, and service descriptions solely to operate, promote, and improve the Platform (including public listings where you are visible). You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion under our Account Deletion Policy. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already performed or retention required by law. SiliO may suspend or remove listings that breach this Consent, our Terms, or applicable law.
By submitting a business registration, checking agreement boxes at signup, or continuing to operate as a registered provider, you confirm that you have read and accept this Service Provider Consent on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
